RATES:

Rates are based on double occupancy, which includes breakfast but excludes taxes (currently 13%).

1) GUEST HOUSE: $325/night

2) GUEST HOUSE & GUEST ROOM: $425/night all rates in US dollars

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

1) A deposit of two nights (including taxes) must be paid one month before the arrival date.

2) The remaining balance (including taxes) may be paid at the time of departure in cash (U.S. or pesos), or Travelers Checks (U.S.).

3) We accept credit cards, Visa, master card through paypal and PPI (Payment Processing INC.)

CANCELLATIONS: 

No charge for cancellations made 20 days prior to arrival date;after that a charge of 2 nights will apply.

Car Rental:
Rent a car for the freedom to visit places of interest. Arrangements may also be made for round trip pick up and delivery to and from the Airport, with a stop at the supermarket to purchase food items for your stay. Arrangements can be made to go into town to shop and explore.

Ground Transportation $150 round trip.
